Made to Order and Resized Rings

Some of our rings can be ordered in sizes we do not currently hold in stock. In these cases, your ring will either be carefully resized or made to order especially for you before it is dispatched.

Each product page will let you know whether the ring is ready to ship, resized to order or made to order, together with an estimated lead time. These timings are intended as a guide and may vary slightly depending on the design and our workshop schedule.

As resized and made to order rings are prepared specifically to your chosen size, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if you change your mind once the order has been confirmed. This does not affect your statutory rights - please refer to our returns policy. 

We recommend confirming your ring size before placing an order for a resized or made to order piece. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering and our team will be delighted to help.

To find out what size you need, please refer to our ring sizing information on the page of your chosen piece, ring size chart or request a free ring sizer here. Alternatively, you can usually have your ring size measured at any local jewellers.

Ring Sizing Tips

1. Warm up your fingers before measuring – if possible, measure at the end of the day when your fingers will be at their largest. Avoid measuring your finger size when your hands are cold as they will be at least a size smaller.

2. Your ring should fit your finger comfortably - being snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.

3. Twinkle Ring stacks and rings with a thicker band will feel tighter than a thin band. For these purchases we normally recommend going up a full size when ordering.
