Silver orders are usually dispatched in 3 working days and Gold Vermeil orders in 5 working days. If this is not going to be possible then we will contact you by email. 

During bank holidays/Christmas and Black Friday please note that orders may take longer to arrive.

Each piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months. We will repair or replace at our discretion any Dower & Hall product deemed to be defective due to workmanship or material.

As a company that designs and produces all of it’s own jewellery, we are always looking at ways we can become more and more sustainable to serve a better deal for our planet.

Using heritage, craft techniques alongside new technology, we have always used recycled silver and gold metal for our jewellery. This recycling saves on waste, is better for the environment, reduces water usage and cuts down on CO2 emissions.

Our gemstones and diamonds are ethically sourced, whilst pearls themselves insist on a clean, pollution-free environment to live and grow their beautiful lustre.

We’re proud to share that we've recently integrated SMO (Single Mine Origin) Gold into our making process. Established in 2017, Single Mine Origin is a global standard that provides fully traceable and responsibly sourced gold at scale. SMO Gold is can be traced fully back to the member mines from where it was sourced. These mines operate transparently, adhere to the highest environmental and social standards and demonstrate responsible practices.
