Europe/International – 14th December 2018 (silver only - vermeil and other items please enquire)

All of our jewellery is handmade to order in our London studio. Silver orders are dispatched in 5 working days and gold vermeil orders in 10 working days.
Precious orders (e.g. solid 18ct gold or platinum) take 4 - 6 weeks as they are handmade to order in our London studio. Our workshop will confirm a delivery date with you.
During bank holiday periods please note that orders may take longer to arrive. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

We know you've better things to be doing than waiting around for a delivery. Click & Collect is a free delivery-to-store service available at our Spitalfields (London) and Glasgow (Scotland) stores.

Delivery Times

Click & Collect orders are usually dispatched in 2-5 working days (silver & gold vermeil jewellery only)
Precious orders (e.g. solid 18ct gold, platinum, palladium) take 4 - 6 weeks as they are handmade to order in our London studio.
Occasionally your order may take a little longer, but if that's the case we will contact you by telephone or email to let you know. When your order has arrived at your chosen store our team will inform you it is ready for collection.

How Does It Work?

2. Choose your item(s)
3. Select a store to collect from at the checkout
4. Pay online
5. Collect in your chosen store

Please bring the following items along with you:

- Your confirmation email (or show us on your phone/tablet)
- Photo ID (must be your passport or photo driving licence)

Orders need to be collected within 7 days of being received at your chosen store. If you are unable to collect it by this time the team will contact you to check when you will be able to pick up your purchase.
We're happy for someone else to collect your order, however the person you've nominated must present your order confirmation email and their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence).

All products carry a Dower & Hall guarantee for one year*. During this guarantee period we will repair free of charge any goods that are damaged, including the plating, provided the damage has been caused by normal conditions of wear. We will not be responsible for any damage caused due to misuse or negligence.

We've Extended Our Online Returns Policy For Christmas 2018. Orders Placed Between 28th November – 21st December 2018 Can Be Returned Up Until 6th January 2019 And Are Subject To Our Usual Returns Policy.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and have not been worn. It should be noted that we do not refund postage for unwanted items.
We will gladly make any alterations to your purchase, repair, or resize an item if it does not fit properly. Items can be exchanged at any of our stores (not refunded) but cannot be exchanged or returned to Dower & Hall concessions or stockists. Ring sizing will be carried out once free of charge - a charge will apply to further alterations. Once resized, rings cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Bespoke and engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the item is found to be of faulty manufacture we will rectify this without charge. Items that have been personalised or customised cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Our collections are made with real gemstones and pearls. Due to their organic nature, colours, inclusions and veining may vary from the online image. Natural blemishes on pearls are considered a unique feature.
