Online Returns Policy
We've extended our online returns policy for Christmas 2019. Orders placed between 1st – 24th December 2019 can be returned up until 6th January 2020 and are subject to our usual returns policy.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your online purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and have not been worn. It should be noted that we do not refund postage or courier fees incurred for unwanted items.

Please also email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you wish to exchange or return, so we know to expect your parcel and can process your request efficiently.
When returning items we strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting. We recommend using Special or Recorded Delivery Royal Mail services and cannot be held responsible for any returned items until they reach us. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Items can be exchanged at any of our stores (not refunded) but cannot be exchanged or returned to Dower & Hall concessions or stockists.
Bespoke and engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the item is found to be of faulty manufacture we will rectify this without charge.
Ring sizing - our standard ring sizes are J-P. If the size is ordered incorrectly we will carry out one free resizing (within our standard size range) - a charge will apply to further alterations. Once resized, rings cannot be refunded or exchanged. Other sizes than the standard may be available at additional cost, please enquire for a quote.
Items that have been personalised or customised cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Free Returns Via PayPal
PayPal is offering it’s account holders free returns for up to 12 eligible PayPal purchases worldwide – covering up to £15 of return shipping costs (full T&C’s available here).
How does it work?
Step 1 – Activate ‘Return Shipping On Us’
Before purchasing ensure ‘Return Shipping on Us’ is activated in your PayPal account:
Step 2 – Place Your Order
Place your Dower & Hall online order and pay with PayPal. Save a copy of your PayPal receipt.
Step 3 – Returning Your Order
Should you need to return your order please follow the normal procedure via Royal Mail as detailed above, making sure you keep proof of your return delivery costs.
Step 4 - Request a Refund
Visit the PayPal refund request page to file your claim within 14 days of returning your order to us. You will need to include proof of your PayPal purchase and the return shipping costs. If your claim is approved, PayPal will send a refund to your PayPal account within 10 business days.
