Returns & Exchanges

We've extended our online returns policy for Christmas 2016. Orders placed between 1st – 24th December 2016 can be returned up until 7th January 2017 and are subject to our usual returns policy.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your online purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and have not been worn. It should be noted that we do not refund postage for unwanted items.

Please send the item(s) back in the original packaging with the paperwork (Sage Pay or Paypal receipt) to:

Please also email specialorders@dowerandhall.com to let us know you wish to exchange or return, so we know to expect your parcel and can process your request efficiently.

When returning items we strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting. We recommend using Special or Recorded Delivery Royal Mail services and cannot be held responsible for any returned items until they reach us.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Items can be exchanged at any of our stores (not refunded) but cannot be exchanged or returned to Dower & Hall concessions or stockists.

Bespoke and engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the item is found to be of faulty manufacture we will rectify this without charge.

Ring sizing will be carried out once free of charge - a charge will apply to further alterations. Once resized, rings cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Items that have been personalised or customised cannot be refunded or exchanged.
