It’s only just finished and next Summer may seem in the unforeseeable future, but London Fashion Week has piqued our interest and we’re curious now as to what we’ll be wearing then and the jewellery we’ll be accessorising these sumptuous clothes with!
SLEEK AND SMART

Meghan Markle’s a fan and the catwalks were also full of the trouser suit, as well as beautifully tailored white shirts and all-in-ones. The perfect shirt and trousers are an essential addition to every wardrobe and it seems this will be the season for them, with designers including Burberry, Victoria Beckham, Tom Ford and Emilia Wickstead all showing them on the catwalk. They also allow the jewellery to add some subtle sparkle and a dash of colour and personality, so keep it sharp in the clothes and bring the fun in to accessorise!
EASY SUMMER HOLIDAYS

What would summer be without a cocktail on the beach while wearing a flowing, airy sundress? We spend as much time planning our beachwear as we do booking the holiday itself (thanks Instagram!), and an effortless, flattering dress is the perfect go to. The best part is that with just a couple of statement gold jewels (gold to show off the tan) these dresses will go from beach to bar seamlessly.
VINTAGE FLORALS

Of course, florals for Spring aren’t a new concept, but they’ve taken a vintage spin this season with Erdem and Ralph Lauren using patterns that seem to have come from Victorian wallpaper. Delicate, intricate and more grown-up, these florals are more than just pretty. Keep the accessories simple and hark back to the vintage era with classic pearls or 70s style hoops.
VOLUMINOUS FUN

Frothy and fun, there were ruffles and ripples all over the catwalks of Molly Goddard and Marc Jacobs, among others, and we’re loving this playful look. A little puff sleeve or touch of a ruffle will be brightening our summer wardrobes and we’ll be keeping the accessories soft and curved, no hard edges in this trend!
